Sync Roster from Check-In

Preferred weekly path: pull the active check-in meet, committed athletes, swimmer notes, SD3 source, and Top Times when Check-in has them. After teams are built, this same sync reviews roster updates without changing lineups until you apply them.

Top Times File

SportsEngine: Events & Competition > Time Reports > Top Times by Athletes (Set In this Period, Age Up, select Show ID#, Show Birthdate) > Report Now > Save as Excel

Committed Athletes or SD3

SportsEngine: Events & Competition > Meets & Team Events > Edit Commitment > Committed Athletes > Select All > Advanced Export (Select Memb. First Name, Memb. Last Name, Preferred Name, Birthday, Gender, ID Card #)

Revert to Original rebuilds from the synced/uploaded inputs only. Exclusion checkboxes are kept but not applied until you Rebuild.

Global Relay Settings

Max number of relays per event 25 → 50 multiplier (when 50 is missing) 100 → 50 multiplier (when 50 and 25 are missing) Include alternates (show extra candidates on relay cards)

Freestyle Relay Settings

Relay logic Minimal rebuild (on: Fix Relays rebuilds A/B when scratched, then cascade-fills C–E holes. Off: rebuilds from the scratched team down. Medley and 6U always fully rebuild.)

Smart Seeding

Suggests using a newer, faster time from a different distance when a swimmer's seed time at the relay distance is stale. Print a redline to show how the suggested changes would affect each relay.

Score Projection

Upload the full meet psych sheet to project the dual-meet score and surface relay swaps that gain points.

Print Reports

Scratch Sheet — matches the meet host's psych sheet (goldenrod). Full — detailed view with per-leg seed times, stroke labels, and session notes; useful for reviewing or sharing lineups before meet day. Meet Wall Sheet — champs-style relay tables, one page per age group and relay type, names only, with four alternates for easy meet-deck reference.

Export Relay Entries

Export .sd3 needs your meet entries (.sd3) — imported with the Committed Athletes roster, or synced from check-in (in Build Relays). It keeps every individual entry and swaps in the relays built here. For swimmers marked full scratch, a .sd3 import can't drop existing individual entries, so those swimmers must be scratched in MeetManager directly (Scratch All on each), using the check-in app's scratch report as the source of truth for who's out. Export .hy3 writes a FULL MIRROR of the meet entries: every individual entry from the .sd3 (full-scratch swimmers kept, pre-marked SCR) plus every built relay with D/E teams pre-marked Exhibition (league: only A/B/C relays score). Import it in Meet Manager with “Delete a team’s entries before importing” CHECKED and MM will exactly match this app — dropped relay teams disappear, no manual Exh/SCR clicking, no separate .sd3 import needed. (With the box unchecked it behaves like the .sd3 import: replaces in place, never deletes.)

Publish Relay Teams

Pushes the relay teams to the public family relays page — families open one link that always shows the latest line-ups. Re-publish any time teams change (e.g. Saturday morning) and the page updates. Complete teams are published, plus the next four swimmers per event as alternates. Take down clears the page back to the placeholder after the meet.

Publish as preliminary (teams may still change — the page tells families final teams post Saturday AM) Auto-hide at (optional — blank = end of meet day; preliminary teams stay visible until final teams replace them)
